2. Products and Availability: All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product details are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payments: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, which supports most major credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). Your payment information is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or error.

4. Shipping and Delivery: We ship worldwide, including Canada, the United States, and international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by international carriers or customs clearance processes. 5. Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at caninecoast.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed as quickly as possible.

6. Product Warranty: All products sold by Canine Coast include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover: - Normal wear and tear - Damage caused by pets (e.g., chewing, tearing, etc.) - Misuse, improper care, or accidental damage To make a warranty claim, please email caninecoast.ca@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

7. Intellectual Property: All content on this website—including images, text, graphics, and branding—is the property of Canine Coast and is protected under Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canine Coast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. You agree that your use of our website and products is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
